| I bought this after getting my small lawn returfed and I didnt want to ruin it with my flymo. I initially got the cheap £25 cyclinder manual cutter - but I found it was getting stuck in the grass - so returned and got this one. I have been very pleased so far - after about 3 cuts. It does the job. You can make the lines which is nice. The only negative I have is the handle bars are fairly rigid - they do not fold up - which leads to two problems (1) takes up more storage space and (2) if your garden edge goes next to a wall as mine then you cant get the lines next to the wall - if you can imagine. Otherwise a good mower and would recommend. |

| After using petrol mowers for over 25 years I was in need of replacing a very faithful old machine. Like others I had little time to spend researching dozens of alternatives available so I took a very quick plunge. Delivery was within 3 working days, great. Assembly is minimal, I had this mower built and had the lawn cut within 30 minutes. To be honest I didn't even need to refer to instructions, just the graphic on the box was enough to identify the handful of parts you need to assemble. The mower has more than ample power to manage a small to medium lawn, cutting is excellent so to is grass collection. A joyful mower and I highly recommend it to anyone. |

I'd purchased the smaller Bosch Rotak 320 lawnmower, and was so happy with it that I decided to upgrade to this one - getting one for my Mum as well.
Well, I'm sorely disappointed with it (contrary to other reviewers' comments - sorry).
It's unwieldy and fairly heavy, and when using on an uneven and damp lawn (as mine is), collects a lot of muck.
I found it very difficult to clean afterwards, and almost felt as if I was performing a delicate operation - there are so many nooks and crannies to try to get in to that I eventually gave up.
I've also found that the lead isn't nearly long enough for a lawnmower this size, and find it difficult to control the lead while cutting the grass. My gardens are fairly small, but I need to use an extension lead in order to get the job done.
Although the cut is good and the grass collection good, I wish I'd stuck with the smaller model - all this fiddling about trying to clean it afterwards is far too much trouble.
